About the Role
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Paralegal in our Henderson, NV office. This is a hands-on position designed to support attorneys with insurance defense litigation. The role involves working collaboratively with both clients and firm employees to manage complex legal matters.
As a key member of the team, you will organize and analyze documentary evidence, draft critical correspondence and filings, and manage the tracking of subpoenas and discovery requests. You will play a vital role in maintaining file organization, communicating with witnesses and experts, and monitoring trial and discovery deadlines. This position requires the ability to handle highly sensitive issues with decisive judgment and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Requirements

- verifiedHigh School Diploma or its equivalent
Nice to Have
Nevada Registered Paralegal designation. Experience assembling PowerPoint presentations for mediation and trial.
