As a Painter, you are a craftsperson who takes pride in a flawless finish, a clean booth, and a job done right the first time. Your eye for detail and skill with a spray gun directly impact the quality our customers count on.
You will apply customer-specified coatings to exact film thickness, gloss, and appearance standards, determining the best application method for each job based on specs and technical data. From prepping surfaces like a pro to disassembling and reassembling components with precision, your work ensures our products meet the highest standards in demanding industries.
Your Schedule and Premium Pay
We offer flexible scheduling options that actually fit your life, allowing you to choose the shift that works best for you while earning a premium.
- Day Shift: 10-hour shifts starting between 5–6 AM.
- Night Shift: Starting at 5 PM, choose between 8-hour or 10-hour shifts (Monday–Friday) or 10-hour or 12-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday). Night shift employees receive an industry-leading 25% differential.
