About the Role

As a Deburr Technician, you will be a vital part of our post-production team on the manufacturing floor. Your primary mission is to ensure product quality by performing inspections and removing burrs—ridges often left by machines during the manufacturing process—so that components can be finished properly. This role is essential for maintaining the precision required for our defense and aerospace systems.

In this position, you will work closely with the production flow, ensuring products move continuously and alerting management if any production is inhibited. You will also contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing ideas for process enhancements. The role involves a dynamic day on the floor, requiring you to operate machinery from a standing position, visually inspect parts constantly, and occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds.
