About the Role
Lactalis American Group is currently hiring a General Labor II, Packaging Associate based in Nampa, ID. This role is designed for individuals ready to build a career with purpose, ensuring the finished product meets quality standards and that product identification is correct.
In this position, you will assume responsibility for the operational flow of machines, ensuring the product meets Lactalis Standards throughout the process without compromising the quality of the cheese. You will work to meet efficiency budget levels while producing high-quality products, operating machines at a set speed with minimal stops. The role involves preparing correct packages and boxes, weighing cheese, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also interact with associates to maintain efficient process flow, complete associated CCP and line operation paperwork, and perform sanitation duties as assigned.

Requirements
