About the Role
The Owner Representative Accounting Specialist serves as the owner-side financial steward for Capital Group’s flagship real estate asset at 333 South Hope Street. In this role, you help uphold the quality, integrity, and discipline of property-level financial oversight. You will partner with Owner’s Representation to support informed operational and investment decision-making.
You will review, validate, and analyze property-level financial reporting, translating it into clear, actionable insight for leadership. Your work ensures alignment with budgets and governing agreements, identifies risks and discrepancies, and maintains a strong financial review framework. Additionally, you will support document management functions, including organizing executed leases and contracts, and coordinate meeting workflows to ensure accurate administrative records.
