About the Role
As an Owner Operator in our Dry Van OTR fleet, you will manage line haul operations with no driver load or unload responsibilities. This role is designed for drivers seeking consistent weekly earnings, averaging $8,000 to $11,000 gross per week with 88% of loads covered. You can expect to drive between 2,750 and 3,250 miles weekly, with a paid fuel surcharge included in your compensation.
Home Time
Our schedule is built around your life. You can expect to be out for 1 to 5 days at a time, with the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose. The standard expectation is to be home every weekend.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a comprehensive paid orientation to get you started. This process can be performed partly or fully online, and we cover some or all travel expenses. Accommodation during orientation is provided, including a private room for each driver, though meals are not included.
Equipment Guidelines
We welcome trucks of any age; there is no maximum age limit for our fleet. However, overdimensional trucks are not permitted.
