About the Role

As an Owner Operator driving a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul routes, you will manage your own schedule while delivering consistent results. This role is designed for drivers who value autonomy, offering an average of 2,750 to 3,250 miles per week with 88% of loads handled. You will not be required to perform driver load or unload duties, allowing you to focus on driving.

Compensation & Benefits

Drivers can expect a gross total weekly average pay between $8,000 and $11,000, paid weekly. Additional compensation includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a paid fuel surcharge.

Home Time

Our schedule is built around your life. You can expect to be out for 1 to 5 days at a time, with the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose. Regardless of your schedule, you are guaranteed to be home every weekend.

Equipment Requirements

We accept trucks of any age, provided they are not overdimensional.

Hiring Process & Orientation

We offer a paid orientation to get you started. Accommodation is covered during this period, with drivers assigned their own private rooms. While meals are not included, we cover some or all travel expenses. The orientation process can be completed partly or fully online.
