About the Role
If you're the kind of leader who loves a fast pace, clear goals, and building a strong team—this is your lane. As an Overnight Stocking Supervisor, you'll lead the overnight stocking crew to ensure the store is set, shelves are full, and our customers walk into a clean, well-stocked shopping experience every morning.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll make an immediate impact every single night. You will coach and develop team members, support hiring and training, and drive strong results through great execution, safety, and accountability. You will spend the majority of your time within the store communicating with customers and team members to ensure exceptional service is being delivered, while modeling the Meijer Friendly Initiative in all team meetings and conversations.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or its equivalent

Nice to Have
Rotational assignments in other areas of the store such as meat, bakery, produce and deli; also customer service and product flow experience.
