As an Overnight Kitchen Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in our operations by maintaining extreme cleanliness in commercial restaurant kitchens during closing hours. This position is designed for those who thrive in a flexible, overnight environment where attention to detail and physical stamina are key. You will be responsible for deep cleaning heavy cooking equipment, scrubbing floors, and sanitizing exhaust systems to ensure our clients' kitchens meet all health and safety standards.
Your day will involve driving company-provided vehicles to various job sites across Sioux Falls and surrounding areas. You will adapt to varying daily schedules based on restaurant closing times, working late afternoons, evenings, and early mornings. The role requires handling hazardous cleaning chemicals safely, organizing supplies, and documenting completed tasks via digital checklists.
