About the Role
As an Overnight Kitchen Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring commercial restaurant kitchens are safe and sanitary for the next day's service. This position is designed for those who thrive in a flexible, overnight environment, working during closing hours to perform deep cleaning tasks on heavy cooking equipment, floors, and exhaust systems.
You will be the face of our company at various client sites, driving company-provided vehicles to travel between locations. Your day involves transforming busy commercial kitchens into pristine environments through degreasing hoods, scrubbing fryers and grills, and power-washing floors. Beyond the physical work, you will manage hazardous chemicals safely and document your completed tasks via digital checklists, ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality service.
