About the Role
A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an Overnight Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician to join a fast-paced micro-fulfillment center in Bolingbrook, IL. This role is designed for candidates eligible to obtain an Illinois Pharmacy Technician license who thrive in a highly automated healthcare environment. The position blends data entry, production, and quality control, serving as a critical link in the prescription fulfillment workflow.
In this capacity, you will operate automated machinery, interpret medical abbreviations, and resolve data entry exceptions to ensure prescriptions are processed accurately. You will collaborate with pharmacists and team members across locations to troubleshoot missing information, manage inventory flow, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing healthcare field within a clean, high-tech facility.
Schedule & Training
The position features a consistent overnight schedule, working Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM (30 hours per week). This schedule provides four days off, allowing for a balanced work-life rhythm. New hires will undergo a dedicated first week of training from Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM, ensuring you are fully prepared to handle the responsibilities of the role.
