About the Role
As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you play a vital role in supporting the pharmacist and ensuring a distinctive, delightful customer experience for every patient who walks through our doors. You will work under the direct supervision of licensed pharmacists to assist in the practice of pharmacy, adhering strictly to state and federal regulations as well as company policies.
Your day involves a blend of technical precision and interpersonal connection. You will utilize pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and handle cash registers. Beyond the counter, you may assist with clinical services such as collecting blood or urine samples, and help maintain the pharmacy's inventory and cleanliness. If you hold PTCB certification, you will also have the opportunity to coach other technicians and cashiers, sharing your expertise to elevate the team's performance.

Requirements
