About the Role
As an Equipment Sales Specialist, you will serve as the primary link between Snap-on's John Bean division and the automotive service industry. Operating within a defined territory, your mission is to sell high-precision equipment to general service automotive repair facilities, dealerships, and collision centers. You will champion products known for their accuracy, ease of use, and best-in-class technology, including wheel aligners, balancers, tire changers, lifts, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
This role exists to drive growth by delivering premium undercar service solutions to demanding customers. You will not only generate sales but also build lasting relationships with existing clients and Snap-on franchisees. Your day-to-day involves conducting location surveys, preparing technical proposals, and facilitating dynamic equipment training and demonstrations. Success in this position requires a blend of professional sales acumen and a genuine passion for the automotive industry, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Snap-on brand's commitment to excellence.
