We are looking for passionate individuals to join the World's largest portfolio of billion-dollar food and beverage brands. This role is specifically responsible for the growth of some of America's favorite snack foods, including Fritos®, Lay's®, Doritos®, Cheetos®, and Tostitos®.
The District Sales Leader (DSL) is the driving force behind a $5–15 million business, managing all aspects of a sales district comprised of 10–25 Route Sales Representatives. This is not just a management position; it is a leadership journey rooted in deep operational understanding.
The role begins with a comprehensive 7-month leadership onboarding and training program designed to assimilate you into the business. You will spend the first 4–5 months at the route level, gaining hands-on exposure to the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network and supply chain. This includes two months of shadowing a trainer and two months of independent training to master the Frito-Lay Route Sales System and connect with key players across the Region Business Team. Upon completion, you will step into a leadership role, facilitating information and providing administrative and technical support to your direct reports.
This is a physical, dynamic role in a work environment with varying schedules. You must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, and be prepared to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically. Success in this position requires thriving in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while building strong relationships with your team and the community.
