About the Role

This role manages live inbound business sales calls to connect new and existing customers with appropriate wireless solutions. You will conduct discovery conversations to recommend products, price plans, data, and enhanced services based on customer needs. Success in this position requires collaboration with field sales, implementation, and solution engineering teams to support deal partnerships. Your work directly impacts organizational revenue and customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate sales and ongoing service for business customers, while maintaining rigorous standards for customer verification and fraud prevention.
