As an Outside Sales Representative in McKinney, Texas, you will serve as the "CEO" of your territory, responsible for building the local market and helping businesses from every industry discover quality products. Your day-to-day involves identifying growth opportunities, meeting with existing customers on-site to build relationships, and prospecting for new business. You will leverage Uline's 43,000 high-quality products to create effective solutions for clients.
The role follows a structured rhythm: Mondays are dedicated to planning and scheduling, while Tuesday through Friday are spent on-site visiting customers. You will join a winning team where you can learn from the best through a comprehensive development path, including four weeks of Uline-specific sales training followed by a 12-week mentorship program and continuous career development.
Candidates are expected to have a valid driver's license and a great driving record. All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening, as Uline maintains a drug-free workplace.
