As an Outside Sales Representative in Plano, Texas, you will serve as the "CEO" of your territory, tasked with building the growing local market. Your mission is to help businesses from every industry discover quality products with speed and service you will be proud to deliver. You will manage and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new business, creating effective solutions using Uline's 43,000 high-quality products.
Your typical week involves dedicated planning and scheduling on Mondays, followed by on-site customer visits from Tuesday through Friday. This role offers the opportunity to learn from the best through a comprehensive development path, including four weeks of Uline-specific sales training, a 12-week mentorship program, and continuous career development.
