About the Role
We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our business presence in Ohio, particularly in and around the Cleveland area. This position focuses on identifying new growth opportunities and building lasting relationships with businesses across various sectors. You will act as the face of Hadco, developing new prospects while interacting with existing customers to increase sales within your designated geographic territory.
In this role, you will present our product lines and services, cultivate relationships with purchasing contacts, and work collaboratively with our inside sales team to promote and expand business. You will ensure that quotes, materials, and deliveries meet customer needs while investigating and resolving inquiries. Success in this position requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and eager to grow a sales career.
Hiring Process

Requirements

Industry knowledge in metals. Ability to learn technical product information. Result-oriented mindset. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to initiate and sustain productive business relationships with customers. ERP/CRM experience.
