About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will serve as the primary Customer Champion within a team-based selling model. Your mission is to nurture customer relationships, driving sales success by increasing case growth and acquiring new business. You will act as a strategic partner to your clients, educating them on ordering platforms, providing menu consultations, and offering tailored pricing strategies to ensure their success.

This role is designed for a dynamic professional who thrives outside the office. You will spend your days on the move, conducting regular check-ins, site visits, and follow-ups in your assigned territory. Whether navigating variable weather conditions or managing complex delivery resolutions, your focus remains on delivering a seamless experience that combines product expertise with exceptional service.

The Team Environment

You will collaborate closely with Specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth product delivery and tackle top penetration opportunities. This team-based approach allows you to leverage collective insights to identify prospective customers through market intelligence, business directories, and industry events like trade shows and conferences. By sharing knowledge on market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activities, you will provide value-added services that distinguish your clients' operations.
