About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative for our commercial repair division, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a robust client base. This role exists to drive market share by consulting with customers to specify roofing system repairs that meet their needs while adhering to industry standards.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of field work and strategic planning. You will travel to construction sites to evaluate roof conditions, climb ladders for service assessments, and utilize tools like Salesforce and BOX to document findings and develop repair proposals. Beyond the field, you will engage in networking at trade shows and expos, generate leads through cold calling and referrals, and coordinate with our operations team to ensure project success. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine technical roofing knowledge with business development in a supportive, family-focused environment.
