The Outside Sales Representative is the face of our industry-leading brand and a key driver of our success. In this consultative, in-home sales role, you will meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs, perform detailed inspections, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions.
You will not be cold calling; instead, you will utilize company-generated, warm, pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business. Your day involves traveling within your sales territory to diagnose issues, educate homeowners on their home's structural needs, and provide solution options. You will estimate repairs, generate job proposals, and close sales directly in the customer's home.

We invest heavily in your success with a best-in-class training program that includes training pay of $750 per week. This role requires travel for a mandatory 3-week regional training class, with all travel accommodations provided. During this time, you will receive comprehensive technical training to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed.
