About the Role

We are immediately hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our Detroit/Toledo team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and engaging prospects within the healthcare and hospitality sectors to achieve designated sales and profit targets in your assigned territory. You will act as the face of Morgan Services, building relationships through cold calling, networking, and on-premise visits. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing market analysis to determine customer needs, developing tailored proposals, and conducting sales presentations. You will also work closely with the service department to ensure new accounts are installed properly and maintain accurate records of all account activity within our CRM. This position is ideal for a "hunter" with a high sense of urgency who thrives on face-to-face interaction and is eager to promote our product offerings to both new prospects and existing customers.
