In this role, you will participate in decision-making, teaching, and leadership functions while engaging in quality improvement activities designed to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify expected outcomes, update nursing assessments, and ensure patients are fully aware of transplant and treatment modality options. Additionally, you will serve as a resource for the healthcare team and assist in the training and orientation of new staff.
