The Outpatient RN CAP 1 position serves as an entry-level designation within the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). As a vital member of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) healthcare team, you will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, encompassing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. This role is designed to foster professional growth while ensuring the safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis therapy.
In this capacity, you will participate in decision-making, teaching, and leadership functions that enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify expected outcomes, update nursing assessments, and ensure patients are informed about transplant and treatment modality options. The role also involves mentoring direct patient care staff and serving as a resource for the broader healthcare team.
You will join a dedicated team committed to high standards of nursing practice in accordance with Fresenius Kidney Care policies and state and federal regulations.
