As a Pharmacist at Kaiser Permanente, you will provide patient care and clinical activities within the scope of pharmacy practice, optimizing medication therapy to promote health, wellness, and disease prevention. In this position, you will direct Pharmacist Residents, Interns, Pharmacy Technicians, and non-licensed personnel. You will actively participate in the evaluation and management of diseases and health conditions, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment while staying current with clinical skills and regulatory changes.
We uphold Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures, adhering to all applicable state, federal, and local laws. A core part of this role involves maintaining a collaborative Labor-Management Partnership environment and ensuring that work areas and equipment remain organized, clean, and safe.
