About the Role
As a Pharmacist at Kaiser Permanente, you will provide patient care and clinical activities within the scope of pharmacy practice, optimizing medication therapy to promote health, wellness, and disease prevention. This role is designed to ensure safe and effective medication management while fostering a collaborative environment with other healthcare providers.
In this position, you will direct Pharmacist Residents, Interns, Pharmacy Technicians, and non-licensed personnel. Your day-to-day responsibilities include dispensing compounds, managing drug tests, and performing drug conversions. You will actively participate in the evaluation and management of diseases and health conditions, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment while staying current with clinical skills and regulatory changes.
