About the Role
As a Sonographer at Williamson Health, you will provide high-quality ultrasound procedures to patients and physicians in a respectful, efficient, and safe environment. This role operates within a multi-modality imaging department, performing diagnostic sonography that includes breast ultrasound, breast biopsy, OB/GYN, abdominal, vascular, and pelvic studies. You will utilize your knowledge of anatomy and disease processes to accurately communicate patient pathology to Radiologists while ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked working environment.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be graduates of an approved ultrasound school with subsequent accreditation through ARDMS. While specific equipment training is provided by Williamson Health, we prefer candidates with at least one year of work experience following graduation and accreditation. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days of hire.
