About the Role
In this position, you will provide high-quality ultrasound procedures to patients and physicians in a respectful, efficient, and safe environment. You will perform diagnostic sonography, including breast ultrasound and breast biopsy, within a multi-modality setting that covers general sonography, OB/GYN, abdominal, vascular, and pelvic studies.
Your day will involve performing multifunctional tasks, such as operating equipment, assisting with patient movement, and making appropriate judgment decisions in urgent situations. You will be responsible for explaining procedures to patients, ensuring accurate patient identification, and communicating patient pathology professionally to Radiologists. This role requires maintaining a clean, organized workspace and collaborating with fellow employees to ensure all physician and patient requests are completed with excellence.
