About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators (Team) to join our OTR fleet. This role offers the freedom to create your own schedule with no forced dispatch. You will haul curtain vans, dry vans, refrigerated, or flatbed trailers, handling line haul loads with 90% of the freight available.
As an Owner Operator with us, you benefit from direct weekly deposits, spot-quoted freight with potential for high revenue per load, and access to fuel cards with NASTC discounts for TA and Petro. We provide prepass and ELD systems, and our repair shop is available to support your operations. There are no driver load/unload requirements and no tarping duties.
Home Time & Schedule
Our team expects to be out for 6 to 12 days at a time, though you are free to stay out longer if you choose. We ensure that you are home for at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation to get you started. During this time, accommodation is covered with drivers receiving their own room, and the company covers some or all travel expenses. Please note that meals are not included during orientation.
To apply, you must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, No Semi Trailer, or Intrastate Only. Additionally, you must have at least 12 months of OTR experience.
