We are seeking Owner Operators (Team) to join our OTR fleet. This role offers the freedom to create your own schedule with no forced dispatch. You will handle curtain vans, dry vans, refrigerated, and flatbed trailers, focusing on line haul loads with 90% of freight being line haul.
As a team, you can expect an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week. The position includes no driver load/unload duties and no tarping requirements. We provide prepass and ELD systems, fuel cards with NASTC discounts for TA and Petro, and access to our repair shop. We offer options for dry, reefer, or flatbed loads with spot-quoted freight that has the potential for very high revenue per load.
We value your time at home. You can expect to be out for 6 to 12 days, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. We guarantee you will be home at least one weekend per month. Compensation is paid weekly, with a gross total average of $7,500 to $9,500 per team. Additional perks include base plate discounts and open rate confirmations per request.
We offer a paid orientation to get you started. Accommodation is covered during this period, with drivers provided their own rooms. While meals are not included, the company covers some or all travel expenses.
To apply, you must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, No Semi Trailer, or Intrastate Only. Additionally, candidates must have at least 12 months of OTR experience. Equipment must be no older than 10 years, and overdimensional trucks are not allowed.
