About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators (Team) to join our OTR fleet. This role offers the freedom to create your own schedule with no forced dispatch. You will handle line haul loads across Curtain Van, Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Flatbed trailers, with 90% of loads being line haul.
Drivers enjoy the flexibility to stay out longer if desired, with an expected 6-12 days out and a guarantee of being home at least one weekend per month. The role includes no driver load/unload duties and no tarping. We provide Prepass and ELD systems, fuel cards with NASTC discounts for TA and Petro, and access to our repair shop. We also offer base plate discounts and open rate confirmations per request.
Hiring Process
We offer a paid orientation to get you started. During this time, accommodation is covered with drivers receiving their own room, and the company covers some or all travel expenses. Please note that meals are not included during orientation.
