About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate a Dry Van on OTR routes. This is a solo position (W2) designed for experienced drivers who value stability and a supportive team environment. You will be responsible for transporting goods across long distances, averaging 3,000 miles per week. A key aspect of this role is that you will not be required to load or unload cargo.
Home Time
Our schedule is designed to provide regular time at home. Drivers can expect to be out for 21 days at a time, followed by 7 days of home time. This rotation ensures you are home for at least two weekends per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation program to get you started. Please note that while drivers are provided with their own room during orientation, the company does not cover accommodation, meals, or travel expenses.
