About the Role
We are seeking Contract Drivers (1099, Team) to operate our refrigerated Over-The-Road (OTR) fleet. This role is designed for teams who want to maximize their earnings without the burden of loading or unloading cargo. Drivers can expect an average of 6,000 to 7,000 miles per week, with a gross total weekly average pay of $2,800 to $5,000 per team.
In addition to competitive pay, the position offers attendance and fuel bonuses, as well as a $1,000 sign-on bonus per team. The schedule is flexible regarding home time: while the expectation is to be out for 14 days, drivers may stay out longer if desired. The structure ensures you get 4 days of home time for every 14 days worked, guaranteeing time at home for at least two weekends per month.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, applicants must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K). Additionally, candidates must have at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
