About the Job
We are seeking a Contract Driver for our Over-The-Road (OTR) Dry Van operations. This is a solo, 1099 position designed for experienced drivers looking for consistent mileage and competitive compensation. Drivers can expect an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week with no driver load or unload responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay is structured as either 30% of the load or $0.67 - $0.70 CPM, resulting in an average gross weekly pay of $3,000. We offer a flexible home time policy: drivers receive 5 days of home time for every 21 days worked and are expected to be home at least one weekend per month. However, drivers are welcome to stay out longer if they choose.
Orientation Details
We provide a paid orientation program to get you started. During this time, accommodation is covered, and drivers are assigned their own room. Please note that meals and travel expenses to the orientation location are not included.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K). Additionally, applicants must have at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
