About the Job
We are seeking a Contract Driver to operate refrigerated Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. This is a solo, 1099 position focused on Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight. The role is designed for drivers who prefer not to handle loading or unloading of cargo.
Home Time
Our schedule is built to support a healthy work-life balance. Drivers can expect to be on the road for 7 days at a time, with the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. The compensation structure includes 2 days of home time for every 7 days worked, ensuring you are home for at least two weekends per month.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, candidates must hold a valid Class A license without specific restrictions, including Air Brakes (L, Z), Night Driving (G), No Semi Trailer (O), or Intrastate Only (K). Additionally, applicants must possess at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer experience.
