Join a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. As an OTR CDL A Refrigerated Driver, you will run over-the-road refrigerated freight with a driver-first company dedicated to delivering consistent pay, premium equipment, and real support.

We offer a $1,400 weekly guarantee, but our drivers easily out-earn this figure with a starting rate of 62 CPM on practical miles. We are committed to paying you for your time and effort, offering detention pay starting immediately on all loads, extended delivery pay, layover pay, and breakdown pay.
The Driver Experience
You will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators, along with free SiriusXM in every truck. Our culture prioritizes your well-being with 8 paid holidays (including your birthday), 56 hours of paid vacation after 80 hours of service, and a $750 quarterly safety, performance, and inspection bonus. We also provide $80/day per diem to help you take home more money per paycheck.
Hiring & Onboarding
We make getting started easy. We arrange and pay for your travel to orientation, and you will receive paid orientation time. To join our family, you must have a CDL-A with at least 12 months of experience, be at least 21 years old, and have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years, and you must pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
