The Day-to-Day
You will operate a CDL A tractor trailer transporting refrigerated freight across regional and national lanes. Your day involves safely navigating all weather, traffic, and terrain conditions while monitoring reefer temperatures to maintain product quality. You will handle load and unload duties using proper freight securement methods and perform pretrip, enroute, and post-trip inspections. Effective communication with dispatch, customers, and company personnel is essential, as is maintaining accurate logs, bills of lading, and temperature documentation in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
Our Commitment to You
We provide the equipment drivers want, including 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators, plus free SiriusXM in every truck. We are committed to your financial well-being with a $1,400 weekly guarantee, starting at 62 CPM practical miles, along with significant bonuses for safety, performance, and inspections. We also offer $80/day per diem, extended delivery pay, layover pay, and immediate detention pay on all loads. Our benefits package includes eight paid holidays (including your birthday), 56 hours of paid vacation after 80 hours, and a complete health, dental, vision, and 401k plan with a company match.
Hiring Process
We arrange and pay to get you to orientation, ensuring a smooth start to your journey with us. To join our team, you must have at least 12 months of CDL-A experience, be at least 21 years of age, and pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen. We look for candidates with no major MVR or CSA violations within the last three years and no DUI/DWI convictions in the past five years.
