The Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our team. This role focuses on efficient long-haul transport with a commitment to avoiding the East Coast and New York City to provide drivers with great miles and flexible home time. Our drivers enjoy a pet and passenger-friendly environment, ensuring a comfortable journey for those who bring their families along.
Compensation and Perks
Effective February 27, 2026, incoming drivers will receive an updated pay package featuring a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. In addition to base pay, drivers earn a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. Orientation is fully paid.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.
Application Process
