About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer team. This role offers the opportunity to haul high-quality miles without the constraints of the East Coast or New York City. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience on the road.
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, is designed to reward longevity and hard work. Drivers start at 65 cents per mile with automatic raises as they grow with the company. In addition to base pay, drivers earn a $80 per diem, plus compensation for paid unloading, layovers, detention, and drop/pickup services. We also offer flexible home time and a pet/passenger-friendly policy to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must be at least 23 years old with at least two years of verifiable experience and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
