About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to haul high-quality miles on routes that specifically exclude the East Coast and New York City. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride. The position is designed for those who value flexibility, offering flexible home time options.
Compensation and Perks
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, features a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.

Our fleet is pet and passenger friendly, allowing drivers to bring their families and furry companions on the road. We are committed to supporting our drivers with paid orientation and a culture that values their contributions.
