About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer fleet. This role offers the opportunity to drive on great miles with a specific focus on routes that exclude the East Coast and New York City. As a driver with Morehouse, you will operate in a pet and passenger-friendly environment, utilizing new tractors and trailers to ensure safety and efficiency on the road.

Our compensation package is designed to reward longevity and hard work. Effective February 27, 2026, incoming drivers will start at 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. In addition to base pay, drivers receive a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We also offer flexible home time to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Beyond compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match. New drivers can also take advantage of paid orientation.
Hiring Process
