About the Role
We are seeking Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer team. This role offers the opportunity to drive new tractors and trailers on high-quality routes, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City areas. Drivers can expect a flexible home time schedule and a supportive culture that welcomes pets and passengers.
Compensation and Perks
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, features a starting rate of 65 cents per mile with automatic longevity raises. In addition to base pay, drivers receive a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. We also offer a fully paid orientation.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.
