The Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer team. This role is designed for drivers who value consistent pay and a supportive work environment. Starting effective February 27, 2026, incoming drivers will earn a competitive package including 65 cents per mile, automatic longevity raises, and a $80 per diem. The position includes paid orientation, paid unloading, and compensation for layovers, detention, and drop-and-pickup duties.
