About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to drive high-quality miles on new tractors and trailers, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City areas. The position is designed for drivers who value a supportive team environment and the ability to bring pets or passengers along on the road.
Compensation and Perks
Effective February 27, 2026, our pay package for incoming drivers has been updated to provide a starting rate of 65 cents per mile, with automatic longevity raises included. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem, paid orientation, and additional compensation for unloading, layovers, detention, and drop-and-pickup services.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid for by the company, and a 401K plan featuring a 25% employer match.
