About the Role
As a Contract Driver, you will operate a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul routes. This role is designed for independent contractors who prefer a solo driving experience with no driver load or unload responsibilities. You can expect to average between 2,500 and 3,500 miles per week, with a schedule that typically keeps you out for 5 days before returning home. While the standard rotation offers 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked, you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose. Most drivers find they are home every weekend.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation process that is conducted partly or in full online. To ensure a smooth start, we cover some or all travel expenses and provide covered accommodation where each driver receives their own room. Please note that meals are not included during this period.
