About the Role
As a Contract Driver (1099, Solo) specializing in Dry Van operations, you will handle Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul freight. This role is designed for drivers who prefer not to handle loading or unloading, allowing you to focus on the road. You can expect to average between 2,500 and 3,500 miles per week.
Home Time
We offer a schedule that keeps you connected with family. You can expect to be out for 5 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you choose. Our policy ensures you get 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked, guaranteeing you are home every weekend.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation process that is performed partly or in full online. To support your transition, we cover accommodation during orientation, providing drivers with their own room. While meals are not included, we cover some or all travel expenses to get you started.
