About the Role
As a Contract Driver, you will operate a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul routes. This position is designed for solo drivers who prefer not to handle loading or unloading duties. You can expect to average between 2,500 and 3,500 miles per week, with a schedule that typically keeps you on the road for 5 days before returning home. While the standard rotation offers 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked, you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose. Most drivers find themselves home every weekend.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation to ensure you are fully prepared for the road. This process can be conducted partly or entirely online. For those who require in-person training, we cover accommodation and travel expenses, providing you with your own room during the orientation period. Please note that meals are not included in the orientation package.
