About the Role
As a Contract Driver (1099, Solo) specializing in Dry Van Line Haul, you will operate over-the-road (OTR) routes averaging 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week. This position is designed for drivers who prefer not to handle loading or unloading, allowing you to focus entirely on driving. You can expect a gross weekly average pay between $1,500 and $2,500, with a rate of $0.65 to $0.70 CPM.
Home Time
Our schedule is built around regular home time. You can expect to be out for 5 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. The structure ensures you earn 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked, guaranteeing you are home every weekend.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation process that can be conducted partly or fully online. To support your transition, we cover accommodation during orientation, providing drivers with their own room. While meals are not included, we cover some or all travel expenses to get you started. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
