About the Role
As a Contract Driver (1099, Solo) specializing in Dry Van Line Haul, you will operate Over-The-Road (OTR) routes averaging 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week. This position is designed for drivers who prefer no driver load or unload duties, allowing you to focus entirely on the road.
You can expect to stay out for 5 days at a time, with the flexibility to extend your time on the road if desired. Our home-time policy ensures you earn 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked, guaranteeing you are home every weekend.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation process that can be conducted partly or in full online. To support your transition, we cover accommodation during orientation, providing drivers with their own room. While meals are not included, we cover some or all travel expenses to get you started.
