About the Role
As a Contract Driver (1099, Solo) operating a Dry Van on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes, you will focus on line haul operations. This role is designed for drivers who prefer not to handle loading or unloading, allowing you to concentrate on the driving experience. You can expect to average 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week.
Home Time
Our schedule is built around getting you home regularly. You can expect to be out for 5 days at a time, with the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose. The structure provides 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked, ensuring you are home every weekend.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation process that can be conducted partly or in full online. To support your transition, we cover accommodation during orientation, providing drivers with their own room. While meals are not included, we cover some or all travel expenses associated with the process.
