We are seeking an OTD Education Specialist to join UW Organ and Tissue Donation in Madison, WI. This impactful role centralizes and elevates training to strengthen staff performance, ensure regulatory compliance, build staff competency, and maximize life-saving organ donation outcomes.
As an OTD Education Specialist, you will join a purpose-driven team where your expertise in education directly contributes to saving more lives. You will design and deliver engaging training programs, lead new-hire onboarding, manage Learning Management Systems, and translate regulatory changes into clear education plans.
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the office at 448 Science Drive Suite 250 in Madison, WI. The standard schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, though hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
